March 14: In Bijbehara area of Southern Kashmir’s District Anantnag, police attended a terror crime spot following reports of attack by the terrorists in the area.

Officers attending the terror crime spot learnt that one individual was shot at by the terrorists at about 1745 hrs nearby Thajiwara in Bijbehara. He has been identified as Mohd Ismail resident of Bijbehara aged about 60 years.

Ismail has received gunshot injuries in the attack and has been evacuated to a hospital for medical treatment.

Police has registered a case in this regard. Officers from the local police unit are at the spot and are investigating the circumstances which led to this incident.
