Kishtwar July 09: Kishtwar Police appealed the general public to refrain from wearing Army-pattern/combat dresses and also advised shopkeepers not to sell combat dresses/Army uniform and like cloth, as ANEs/militants use such dresses to pretend themselves as security personnel in order to carryout their evil designs.
