Srinagar,10 July: In its continous efforts to fight against menace of drugs on all fronts and spread awareness regarding the harmful effects and prevention of drugs interaction-cum-drug awareness session was organized by Srinagar police at Burnhall School Sonwar on 09.07.2019 with the 11th and 12th class students, wherein SDPO Nehrupark Ms.P.D.Nitya-IPS and SHO R.M.Bagh Inspector Shri Mohammed Issace were present.

SDPO Nehrupark Ms.P.D.Nitya-IPS deliberated on various aspectimg pertaining to drugs and gave detailed presentation on drugs abuse and prevention. She elaborated to students the destructive impacts of drugs.

During the counselling session SDPO Nehrupark made students aware of disastrous effects and prevention from drugs and their responsibilities, character building, studies,future and briefed about the means to channelise their talent in the best possible way so that they could become productive citizens of the Society.

The gesture of the Srinagar police is being highly appreciated by the students as well as the administration of the Burnhall Srinagar and students and school administration demanded conduct of such sessions at regular intervals.
