Budgam police registered a case against the Gulf HR consultancy agency Hyderpora. On the basis of complaints of fraud and cheating, Case FIR No. 240/2019, U/S 420, stands registered in Police station Budgam and accused namely Adil Ahmad Shiekh, S/O Mohammad Yousuf Shiekh, R/O Nowpora Khayam has been arrested.
The complainants had approached PP Humhama alleging that the consultancy agency by the name of Gulf HR solutions Hyderpora has duped them by taking their documents, Passports and huge amount of money in lieu of providing jobs in foreign countries, but they were not provided any job or employment.
Investigation in this case has been taken up.
