Jammu, December 30: Banihal police has arrested an absconder who was evading arrest since from past 16 years.


On a tip off, Banihal police team headed by SHO Banihal Abid Hussain Bhukhari and SI Ramesh Kumar under the supervision of SDPO, Banihal Shri, Sajjad Sarwar, Addl SP Ramban Sanjay Parihar and The overall supervision of Ms Anita Sharma SSP Ramban arrested an absconder who was evading his arrest for last sixteen years. The accused has been identified as Rajpaul Singh son of Mohan Singh a resident of Ludyana Punjab. He was wanted in FIR No. 95/2003 under section 279/337/304-A RPC of Police Station Banihal.
