*March 05:* ```Continuing with its public outreach programme, Srinagar police held an interactive meeting with community members at Police Station Nowgam. The meeting was chaired by SDPO Panthachowk alongwith SHO Police Station Nowgam.

The meeting was attended by the respectable citizens and shopkeepers of Naikbag area of Nowgam. The meeting was organized to facilitate interaction with community members and redress their issues so as to create cordial police-public relationship.

During the meeting, participants raised various issues including traffic congestion on Nowgam Natipora road, besides other issues including parking space and other related issues.

The officers present during the meeting assured the participants that Police is keen to resolve the issues pertaining to the locality on priority and requests the community members to cooperate with police while implementing the law. Issues related to parking and congestion have to be resolved jointly with community members.

The participants hailed the efforts of police in facilitating interaction meets where participants express their opinion freely. The participants thanked & assured full cooperation to curb the social evils in the area.```
