*April 29:* ``` Today at about 2125hrs terrorists lobbed a grenade at Nowhatta Chowk Srinagar towards joint Naka of Police and Security forces, resulting in injuries to 04 security force personnel and one police personnel. Senior Police officers reached the terror crime spot.

All the injured were shifted to the hospital for the treatment.

Case under relevant sections of law has been registered in Police Station Nowhatta and investigation taken up. Search in the area is in progress.```
