*May 30:* ```Acting tough against the violators of Govt prohibitory orders, Police have arrested 06 shopkeepers for defying restriction orders in Kulgam.

Officers in the jurisdiction of Police Station Kulgam have arrested 06 shopkeepers for violating restriction orders issued U/S 144 CrPC. In this regard Police have registered a case FIR No. 99/2020 under relevant sections of law at Police Station Kulgam and investigation has been initiated into the matter.

Police have once again requested the general public to follow the restrictions imposed by Government in order to prevent the spread of Covid-19 and those who are violating the restrictions will be dealt strictly.```
