Srinagar July 13, 2020:* Shri A.K Choudhary-IPS ADGP Armed J&K issued promotion orders of 41 Assistant Sub-Inspectors to the rank of Sub-inspectors from Armed Police Headquarters Srinagar today.
The promotion orders of the said ASIs to the rank of SIs were issued after the DPC headed by ADGP Armed J&K as its Chairman assessed their cases during a meeting held at APHQ Conference Hall Srinagar on July 11, 2020 and found them eligible & fit for promotion in light of the relevant service rules and promotion norms.
The ADGP Armed congratulated the newly promoted SIs and wished Goodluck to them and their families. He hoped that the promoted SIs shall consistently demonstrate discipline, hard work and dedication towards their respective assignments so that their Junior colleagues may also get inspired and follow the path of discipline, dedication and honest approach towards their assigned duties.
While conveying his greetings to the promotees & their family, the ADGP said that orders of promotion of 20 more ASIs to the rank of SIs shall also be issued in the next month on completion of 5 years of their service in the rank of ASI
