August 14:In view of mounting road accidents, Awantipora police launched special drive against negligent drivers especially bikers who are driving/riding their vehicles without valid driving licenses/ documents.

31 motorcycles were seized across the Police District who were found violating traffic norms and plying without valid documents/Driving licenses.

Police have requested general public to drive safely in order to prevent from risking precious lives and carry necessary documents.```
