October 22:* ```IGP Kashmir Shri Vijay Kumar-IPS has promoted 110 Head Constables to the rank of Assistant Sub Inspector and 250 SgCts to the rank of Head Constable vide order No. 2352 & 2353 of 2020 dated 22-10-2020 respectively.
