*NHW-44.*
*In view of inclement weather prediction issued by MeT department (rain and snowfall) in J&K from today. People are advised to avoid journey on Jammu-Srinagar NHW.*
However, subject to fair weather and better road condition, Light Motor Vehicles (passenger) shall be allowed from *Jammu towards Srinagar* on Jammu-Srinagar NHW (Commuters are advised to follow the SOP issued by the Govt. to prevent the spread of Covid 19)

*HMVs/Load Carriers*
Subject to fair weather and clearance of road HMVs shall be allowed from Jakheni Udhampur towards Srinagar.

*SFs Convoy Movement*
Security Forces are advised/requested not to ply against advisory/traffic plan in view of traffic congestion on Jammu-Srinagar NHW. *They may ply from Jammu towards Srinagar*, subject to fair weather and clearance of road.

*NOTE:- On 27-11-2020 Friday, there shall be no traffic movement on Jammu-Srinagar NHW from either side in view of maintenance/repairing of the NHW.*

Mughal road is closed due to snow accumulation.

*SSG ROAD*
SSG road is closed due to snow accumulation

People are advised to undertake journey on NHW-44 only after confirming status of the road from Traffic control units as under:-
