April 05:Keeping in view the surge in Covid-19 cases, Police in Budgam along with officials of Civil Department held meeting with Numberdars and Chokidars at Town Hall Khansahab in district Budgam.

The meeting was chaired by Tehsildar Khansahab along with SHO PS Khansahab, while as other officers from civil and police departments were also present.

The main aim of the meeting was to aware people about the Covid-19 pandemic and adhere to the guidelines/SOPs of Covid-19. The participants were advised to further educate others in their respective villages to adhere to SOPs/ guidelines envisaged by government to curb COVID-19 pandemic spread.

The participants were also advised to educate people about the importance of Covid vaccination and all the people who are eligible to get themselves vaccinated as early as possible.

SSP Budgam Shri Tahir Saleem-JKPS has also appealed the general public to follow Covid-19 SOPs and get themselves vaccinated as per the drafted plan and eligibility.```
