Jammu: In an act of alertness and prompt action notorious criminals were arrested by Jammu police along with sharp edged weapons. An information was received at PS Miran Sahib that one Amandeep Singh of Khour and his brother were attacked by Arun Choudhary @Abbu S/o Budhi singh R/o Khour and Arjun Kumar @ Billu S/o Sham lal R/o Slair kothe R S Pura along with their associates.

On this, case FIR No. 76/2021 U/S 307/147/148/149/34/IPC, 3/25, 3/25 Arms Act was registered at Police station Miran Sahib and investigation started.

On the directions of SSP Jammu Sh. Chandan Kohli IPS, special police teams of PS Miran Sahib under the supervision of SDPO RS Pura Shabir Khan were constituted.The team led by SHO PS Miran Sahib Inspr. Sultan Mirza did strenuous efforts and after connecting various leads got the information that Abbu along with Billu fled out of UT of J&K. On this a dedicated team was sent to Jaipur and with the help of local police of the concerned area finally arrested the two accused. along with their associate namely Rahul Kumar S/o Phuman Ram R/o Pindi sarojan Arnia who was also arrested in this raid. Further, on their disclosure two pistols and three sharp edged weapons were also recovered from their possession.
