October 02:``On the occasion of Ghandi Jayanti and as a part of the country-wide “Swachh Bharat Abhiyan” mission, Police organized cleanliness drive across the district Pulwama in which Police officers, Jawans, Teachers, Students of various schools participated enthusiastically.

During the cleanliness drive, road from DPL Pulwama to Main Chowk Rajpora, sideways, drains were sanitized by way of using disinfect chemicals. Apart from this, various schools of district Pulwama were painted to give proper getup and the compounds of schools were also cleaned by using grass cutters etc, further disinfect chemical spray was also used to make the area of school compounds disinfected.

General people of the area have thanked Police and lauded efforts of Police for conducting such cleanliness drives. Community members also assured their cooperation in such drives so as to make the surroundings neat and hygienic.```
