Jammu, September 04: In a relentless pursuit against drug peddlers under Operation *Sanjeevani* ,Jammu Police made a breakthrough on 03.9.2024,apprehending one Ashwani Sharma S/O Sh.Saroop Chand R/O Khanpur ward No.& Lane No.1 Tehsil Nagrota & Distt. Jammu and found *251 Nos Capsule of PROXYCO SPAS like substance* from his possession.

The diligent efforts of the police team of PS Nagrota led by SHO Nagrota culminated in the arrest of the accused near Khanpur Ward No.1 and lane No 1.

In this connection a case FIR No.238/2024 U/S 8/21/22 of NDPS Act has been registered at Police Station Nagrota, marking a decisive step towards curbing the drug trade in the area.
