In order to facilitate speedy disposal of cases pending for want of accused persons who were absconding since long, directions were passed on to all the subordinate units to constitute special teams and arrest all the absconders and produce them before the court of law for immediate disposal of pending cases in the interest of speedy justice to the aggrieved victims.

Accordingly , a police party of police station Udhampur led by its SHO arrested one absconder namely Sham S/O Kaka R/O Upper Chakher Tehsil and District Udhampur involved in case FIR No 332/2015 u/s 454/380/427 RPC of PS Udhampur.

The said accused has been produced in the court of law for further course of action.
