Kathua Jan 3: Police Station Kathua solved blind hit and run accident case within 24 hours of the incident in which one person lost his life.

Incident took place yesterday in the late evening when the deceased namely Parshotam Sharma S/o Ram Saran R/o Uttri Kathua was on its way to home was rash and negligently hit by an unknown vehicle near railway crossing in village logate and later succumbed to his injuries.

Police after receiving the information registered FIR no. 02/2019 u/s 279/304-A RPC and a Police team rushed to spot.Police team under the directions of Inspector Devinder Singh SHO PS Kathua based on gathered informations about unknown vehicle after strenuous efforts succeeded in tracing the vehicle which was a tractor bearing registration no. JK08F-3672.Accused driver is also identified and his search is going on.
