PCPG meeting held in Gool Help to identify people involved in anti-social, anti-national activities: SDPO Gool


GOOL, 15 JANUARY: To strengthen the Police Public relations and to bring people nearer to the Police for better output in prevention and detection of crime, a PCPG meeting was held by Sh.Mohd Rafi Giri-JKPS, SDPO Gool and SHO P/S Gool Inspt. Javed Iqbal at Dak Banglow Gool under the supervision of Sh. Sanjay Parihar-JKPS, Addl.SP Ramban and overall supervision of Smt. Anita Sharma-JKPS, SSP Ramban.

The meeting was attended by respectables of the area, civil society members, peace and welfare association representatives,sarpanches, media and other stakeholders of the area.

At the outset of the meeting, the participants were welcomed by SHO P/S Gool who asked them to put forth their genuine problems. Among them many participants spoke in the meeting and assured their full support & participation in tackling any unlawful or untoward incident.

The participants raised various of issues of public importance. The grievances of all the participants were listened patiently and were assured that their genuine demands will be communicated to the senior officers for redressal.

SDPO Gool Sh. Rafi Giri praised and congratulated the participants and people of the area for maintaining peace and communal harmony in the area over the last so many years while standing against all odds and chellanges. He assured the participants that mitigating the problems of the people of the area would be always first priority and every step shall be taken which will ensure the peace, development and tranquility in the area.

He sought the cooperation of the people in identifying the elements involved in anti-social and anti-national activities. He assured that all issues raised shall be addressed on priority and those pertaining to higher-ups and civil adminstration shall be brought in their notice.He emphasised parents to educate their children and prepare them for competitive exams like IAS/IPS/IFS/KAS/KPS and in this regard under the supervision of seniors soon counselling classes shall be started.All participants were thanked for sparing their precious time and attending the meeting.
