Jammu, February 12: Director General of Police Shri Dilbag Singh issued promotion orders in favour of 12 Sub Inspectors and in-situ promotion in favour of 30 officers today.

Eleven Sub-Inspectors from Armed Wing of Jammu and Kashmir Police have been promoted to the rank of Inspectors and one Sub Inspector from J&K Auxiliary Police has been promoted vide PHQ order number 622 and 623 respectively.

DGP also issued In-situ promotion order in respect of thirty officers who include two DySsP, twenty four Inspectors, and four Sub Inspectors. The in-situ promotion in respect of these officers has been issued vide PHQ order number 626 of 2019.

The promotion orders were issued after Departmental Promotion Committee (DPC) cleared these personnel for the promotions.
