March 10: Police in Ganderbal launched a plantation drive in collaboration with Forest Department, during which conifers and fruit bearing trees were planted in all the campuses of Police establishments in the district.

During the drive, SSP Ganderbal Shri Khalil Ahmad Poswal-JKPS requested general public to go for maximum plantation during current month as it is best time for plantation.

Locals of the concerned area, DFO Sindh Ganderbal Shri Owais Farooq Mir, SFS DFO Sindh Ganderbal, DySP DAR Dr. Abdul Abdul Majid-JKPS, DO Gutlibagh and other officers & officials of District Police Ganderbal and Forest Department participated in the plantation drive.
