May 01: Two individuals have reportedly sustained minor injuries today due to an explosive substance which exploded when they were apparently fiddling with it in their neighbourhood at Damhal area of Kulgam.

The individuals have been identified as Shahid and Ikhlaq. Both the injured persons were shifted to hospital for the treatment of injuries. Both are stated to be stable and Ikhlaq was discharged after preliminary medical treatment while as Shahid is undergoing treatment.

Police has taken cognizance and is probing the circumstances of the blast.
