Gool, 26 November:- Today under theoverall supervision of SSP Ramban Ms. Anita Sharma, Police Celebrated 70thNational Constitution Day also known as Samvidhan Divas at Govt Degree College,Gool. In the course of celebrations faculty members and students of the collegeparticipated,  Those who participated in thecelebrations included SDPO, Gool Sh. Mohd Rafi Giri, I/C Principal GDC, Gool,faculty members and students.  Speaking on the occasion SDPO, GOOLadvised students to work hard and that they should necessarily studyConstitution of India to know their fundamental rights and duties asresponsible citizens. He said that Constitution of India has given all itscitizens right to equality and right to equality in opportunities whichstudents should avail for their better futures. He said that youth also have certainresponsibilities towards their country in the form of fundamental duties whichthey must fulfill for the unity, sovereignty and integrity of the country. Hesaid that Constitution has provisions and rights embodied under the purview ofwhich any citizen of India can hold any official position in the countryprovided he is capable and competent for the same. Faculty members and studentsof the college also spoke on the occasion on the importance of the day followedby reading of Preamble and pledge. At last vote of thanks was presentedby the faculty members who thanked all participants for their activeparticipation.
