An Absconder nabbed from Hoshiarpur, Punjab.

Rajouri, April 07: Tightening noose against absconders who are evading arrests in different cases, a team of police from Manjakote police station has arrested an absconder who was evading his arrest in a case whereas a general warrant was also issued against him by Hon'ble Court of Law.

Arrested absconder is identified as Bashir Ahmed son of Abdul Ghani resident of Village Ghunthal Tehsil Surankote of District Poonch.

A team of police from Manjakote police station under the supervision of SHO Manjakote and SDPO Manjakote has arrested the absconding accused from Hoshiarpur area of Punjab.

Notably, the apprehended accused had been evading his arrest since more than a decade and a general warrant of arrest U/Ss 512 CrPC was issued against him by Hon’ble Court in 2012 in a case FIR No 53/2010 U/S 379 RPC.

The absconder shall now be produced in the Hon'ble Court of law.
