Based on a specific information received through reliable sources in Police station Gandoh that one vehicle Tata Sumo bearing Regd No JK06-7108, driven by Driver namely Zubair Ahmed S/O Ghulam Mohd R/O Goila Tehsil Kahara, plying from Kahara towards Tanta in rash and negligent manner thereby causing danger for the public and other vehicles plying on the road and the passengers traveling in it.
On the receipt of information police swung into action and the vehicle was intercepted for checking purpose.The said vehicle found 08 passengers boarded beyond the seating capacity
Upon this, *Case FIR No 29/2024 under relevant sections was registered in P/S Gandoh and investigation started
