Rajouri, May 21: With an aim to bolster security arrangements and also to ensure area familiarization of forces, especially those inducted for Lok sabha elections duty, security forces on Tuesday carried out an Area Domination Long Route March in J&K's Rajouri town.

The march was organised under the umbrella of district police office with thousands of personnel from J&K Police, IRP, JKAP, CRPF, SSB, BSF joined this march.

The march started from District Police Lines Rajouri and passed through various areas of town that include ALG - Dak Bungalow road, Gujjar Mandi, Abdullah bridge, main bus stand, main town, Tariq bridge, Highway, Salani bridge, Panja chowk and again culminated at district police lines.

Territorial Officers of District Rajouri and officers of CAPF were also a part of this march which mainly aimed towards area domination as well as area familiarization besides upgrading security arrangements.
