April 25: SSP Anantnag Dr. G. V .Sundeep Chakravarthy-IPS along with DIG CRPF Anantnag Shri. K. S. Deswal visited various camping locations in District Anantnag to take stock of arrangements made with regard to the forthcoming Lok Sabha election-2024. They were accompanied by Nodal Officer CAPF & CO of 40 Bn CRPF Shri Ram Phool Meena, SP Hqrs Anantnag Shri Sajad Ahmad, DySP DAR Anantnag Shri Rouf Ahmad, SDPO Bijbehara Shri Owais Loun and other officers.

During the visit, detailed arrangements and security review of all locations enroute including was discussed. SSP Anantnag & DIG CRPF also inspected availability of better places and facilities for officers and Jawans. Moreover, concerned officers briefed SSP Anantnag in detail about security arrangements to be put in place to conduct upcoming Lok Sabha Elections-2024 smoothly.

SSP Anantnag & DIG CRPF directed all the officers to maintain highest level of alertness and ensure proper access control and all necessary facilities at all camping locations across the district.```
