In continuation to the drive against Liquor smuggler in the holy town Katra, today on 04.05.2019 IC PCP Navdevian ASI Ashok Singh along with Police party laid a special naka at Navdevian and during checking recovered 36 Quarters and 02 Bottles of liquor J&K Excise from the possession of two persons namely Kaka Ram S/O Bachan Lal and Mohan Lal S/O Bachan Lal both are resident of Aghar Jitto Tehsil Katra Distt. Reasi who were coming towards Katra town and arrested on spot.
On this the accused persons were arrested and case FIR No. 105/2019 U/S 188 R.P.C registered at Police Station Katra. The arrest and recovery has been made by SHO PS Katra Inspr. Pardeep Gupta assisted by ASI Ashok Singh IC PCP Nav Devian under the supervision of SDPO Katra Vivek Shekhar KPS, ASP Katra Naresh Singh KPS & overall supervision of SSP Reasi Nisha Nathyal KPS.
