Jammu July 01st : District Police, Jammu in its initiative against motor vehicle lifters, arrested one person and recovered a stolen Motor Cycle upon his disclosure .
Reports said that on 24-06-2019, one Ankit Kumar S/O Ashok Kumar R/O Dablehar, R S Pura had lodged a written report that his motorcycle bearing registration No. JK02BK-8144 was stolen from Kullian area on 22-06-2019. In this connection case FIR No. 86/2019 U/S 379 RPC was registered at P/S Miran Sahib and investigation started.

A police team led by SHO P/S Miran Sahib rounded up a number of suspects and leads were developed during investigation, based on which one person was apprehended, namely, Kala S/O Ishab Din R/O W. No. 5, Simbal Camp. On his disclosure, the stolen Motorcycle was recovered from his possession.
